When you RSVP to the event, you will be able to add the event directly to your calendar and added to the email list. In case of changes or cancellations, you will receive a notification in your email.
SITE FEES
Adults $20
Adult Members $15
Children 6-17 $5.00
Children 0-5 Free
Merchant $10 per space

A family cap includes 2 adult members and 2 or more minors over the age of 5 and is set at $50/$40 based on current paid SCA membership.
FOOD
Lunch will be available for purchase between 11 am - 3 pm. Menu & pricing is to be determined.

We will not be holding feast, however you are encouraged to bring your own food to enjoy together or buy something at a local restaurant.
​
NOTE: ALL beverages must be purchased through the onsite vendor per the site contract. If this policy is not followed, we will lose the privilege of bringing in outside food in the future.

ROYAL COOKIE CAPER BAKE SALE
Donations: This is where we ask for people to donate cookies/bars/fudge, etc. so that we can sell them by the pound. It is a GREAT opportunity to get an assortment of cookies for the holidays and support the Kingdom. So if you are baking up a storm this fall please make some extra for the cookie caper.

Purchase: Cookies will be $13.50 per pound -- and let us point out that you get LOADS of cookies, the mix of your choice, for a pound!
​
Proceeds go towards Their Royal Highnesses' Northshield travel fund. Over the past years this fundraiser has been highly successful, but it can only be if people are generous and donate cookies and come out at the event an purchase cookies.

Note:
Everyone uses gloves to touch the cookies.
We get hundreds of cookies and keeping track of ingredients is next to impossible and we could also not guarantee the ingredients. Please be aware of this when you purchase.
If you are donating cookies and would like to bring an ingredient listing please feel free to do so.

If you have multiple donations, please help out the auction staff by filling in an auction sheet ahead of time and bringing them with you. DO NOT fill in the item #

Auction is open 10:00 am - 3:00 pm (or 90 minutes before court whichever is first).
Proceeds go to the Kingdom Scribal Fund and the Barony of Caer Anterth Mawr.
