The EXCHEQUER, a greater office, is responsible for maintaining the financial records of the Barony, supervising the finances of the Barony, and assembling yearly (Kingdom) reports, copies of these reports are given to the Seneschal. All reports are to be done in a timely manner and follow guidelines set forth by the Kingdom. The Kingdom Exchequer (as applicable), the Baronial Exchequer, the Baronial Seneschal and two other Baronial Greater Officers as appointed by Curia, will serve as signatories on all Baronial Accounts.

COVID-19

Reimbursement for cancellation expenses

We realize that this could cause financial problems for groups canceling events if they cannot get refunds on deposits or supplies. Therefore, the Kingdom stands ready to assist your group if needed.

If you need assistance here is the process:

  1. Provide documentation of expenses and the site contract spelling out the costs and any cancellation fees. 

  2. Submit these using the "Cash Reimbursement Request".

  3. Once the Exchequer has verified we have the needed documentation he will call for a vote by the Stellari council in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom.


As we approach the end of March we will re-evaluate and inform you of the plans going forward.
